Portrait of a Victory is a series of silhouette "portraits" of women overcoming domestic violence. The images were taken in such a way as to protect their anonymity, for their own safety as they fought to reclaim their lives and their independence.

The portraits were included in the exhibition, "A Place to Call Home" in Downtown Miami in late 2006. The body of work was created in 2006 with the support of Arts at St. Johns, Downtown Diva Art, Rhythmic Rapture, and Lotus House, an organization in Miami, FL dedicated to improving the lives of homeless women and children.
